Thank you to the RTE Radio station for having me on this morning talking to Ryan Tubridy to help raise awareness about stroke in young people. I'm so thankful for all thee support and comments I'm getting.

Also I figured out last night that there is a Life After Stroke group set up by The Irish Heart Foundation focusing on the younger age groups who have had a stroke. Today I've been added to the group they have on Facebook where there are others who are in similar situations that I can relate to. It's a great group and it makes you feel less isolated and alone as we can all relate to each other.
