On Wednesday 27th of March, Myself and Brian were asked to share our survivor stories with Headway Limerick Charity Partener Holmes O'Malley Sexton in hope of encouraging people to sign up for the Great Limerick Run to help fund money for Headway Limerick in hope to transform one of the rooms in the building into a Mindfullness room- a room where we can talk, chill and have time to ourselves.

Headway Limerick manager Rella Galvin also attended with us to give a presentation on Brain Injury- what it is, what difficulties follow with it and the vital services Headway provide to individuals and families in the mid-west.

We used the opportunity to enlist runners, walkers and general supporters to participate in the Great Limerick Run for Headway to support  life after brain injury #lifeafterbraininjury.

Thanks so much to HOMS for their kind donation to Headway services raised through the bake for brain injury coffee morning held at the Limerick premises during Brain Awareness Week.

Join the HOMS team in translating km’s into vital services for Headway clients by; signing up to the Great Limerick Run now http://www.greatlimerickrun.com/
